Civil Litigation Law, Judges generally take the lead in the proceedings by bringing changes, establishing facts through witnesses examined, documents relied based on the facts and circumstances of the cases and applying remedies found in legal codes prevailing in the judicial system of the country.

The role of the Civil Litigation law professionals is challenging. The Lawyers represent the interest of their clients in civil proceedings. The tasks commonly include advising the clients on points of law and preparing legal proceedings for filing in the Court. The Civil Litigation advocates often work long hours to perform result orientation. Both Lawyer and client have authority and responsibility in the objectives and means of representation. The client has ultimate authority to determine the purposes to be served by legal representation, within the limits imposed by law and lawyer’s professional obligations.
